Content to be placed may consist of prepared HTML code or plain text with embeeded line feed (or cr/lf sequences) denoting paragraphs.
Tables may be represented as HTML, or be prepared in Excel/equiv and saved as CSV (comma separated values). Tables should be labelled and included as lists of values in the body of the text. 2 images (jpeg) may also be included with the item.

Bullet lists can be marked up and basic HTML codes can be used to good effect. To mark up a bullet list surround the list with < ul > tags. Each list item is lead by a < li > tag, that also serves as a line format control, so no line feed break (< br > ) is required.
