Your Domain
When you register a domain with us, we apply for an account that controls this domain. The software that drives the domain registrars has changed in recent months and now more than ever, especially with .co.nz domains, it is essential to confirm renewal of your domain BEFORE expiry.
We consider your domain to be yours. If you want to take your hosting elsewhere, when your account is all paid up, we release your domain.
The materials on our clients site has two copyright notices. Once is for our design and implementation. If a client want to reuse our design work on hosting other than that provided by sfsw.net, we reserve the right to charge a fee for royalties/copyright. The other copyright notice is for writing and images supplied to us and used on the client's site. These of course may be duplicated on another website at the client's disgression.
